How to Use

Hold one end of the tongue cleaner in each hand.
Gently place the curved center toward the back of your tongue.
Apply light pressure and slowly pull the cleaner forward.
Rinse the tool after each pass.
Repeat approximately three to five times or until the tongue feels clean.
Wash and dry the tongue cleaner after every use.
